Mfw you look at the scale on break/cheat day and are both happy and sad.
Happy cause losing 2.3 lbs. sad/bittersweet cause knowing if I was consistent 2 months ago I’d be in better shape now

Weighed 228 today which is my lowest in a while but I think I just loss some muscle cuz I been drinkin and eating ribs for like the past 4 days

Me personally I do a thing where I cycle to interesting uphill landscapes alone (part of the workout)
Bring my Bluetooth speaker with me and jump rope at some remote forest place
If that's not fun then going to a gym all day ofc wouldn't be

Think ill make these 2 a days during the 1st day of the week a thing.
Not tryna kill my legs (i jump rope for cardio, HIIT in the morning, skipping through the neighborhood in the evening between 1000-1500 reps) but it sets the tone for me better starting off the week.
