was going to do one honestly but I'd rather lean bulk and cut. Makes better progress.
Me personally I will only stick to 10lb bulk/cuts from now on. I plan on taking a long time to bulk(10 months) and a short time to cut(2 months max). Focus purely on building muscle.
I'm currently on route to my goal of 150lb for my cut and plan to lean bulk to 160.
I don't ever want to return to over 15% bodyfat ever again. Being lean(legitimate 10-13% bodyfat) is the best.
I feel so much more athletic.

Those scales are pretty trash they can be off +/-5-15% bodyfat lmao.
Your best bet is to eyeball and something like an in body scanner if a nearby gym has that. DEXA is prolly better but who rlly got time for that

(E.g. when i started jump roping 2 years ago i thought it was smart idea to do it 5 days a week straight. Shin splints said otherwise lmao. Learned its smart to just do it twice a week and alternate with everything else)

Yeah I went too hard a few weeks ago. Seems like it was only a matter of time though. Doctor recently said my s*** been messed up from doing intense physical labor. Certain issues I can’t seem to fix so I’ll continue to see him and hopefully recover
