im not restrictive tbh I eat whatever I just eat a certain amount of calories

If that's all u rly going to the gym for u could totally get by with like, 4-6 kettlebells. only reason im consistent with my workouts is cuz my homegym. when you wake up and go to sleep at the gym you got no excuses

I think it's dumb as hell that you pay like $150 and don't get worldwide access tho. just to the club you pay for
I actually ended up signing up today, it came out to $115 a month, which is single club but on weekends i get access to all 5 boston clubs
Place is really nice and only comes out to like 30 more than the average boston sports club which is kinda sick
115 is still kind of a lot but at least ill be there every day after work and its close and convenient so im cool w it

Count your calories and burn more than you consume doing cardio and strength resistance exercises one way you can closely track them plus other stats like heart rate and sleep tracking is an Apple Watch, Fitbit, etc
Apps to track calories Myfitnesspal and Fitbit just scan the barcode of your food item or just find something similar in the database
