Started working out recently for like 2 months. In my early thirties 6 7 and skinny. How come I start getting pimples left and f***ing right in my old age. Only thing I’ve changed about my life and dietary is protein shakes and working out. Can somebody tell me what I’m doing wrong
The mindstate of working out for results is never gonna end well. You dont start seeing results personally til like 3-4 months in.
The world dont start noticing til like around 6.
If results from working out and lifestyle change was as quick as 2 months without having the wild eating disorder, a lot more ppl would be fit.

No bro you misunderstood me, I have not seen results, and I low key like the feeling of pure exhaustion after an intensive workout. I’m talking about pimples on my face. English is not my first language or my second for that matter so apologies if I wrote something wrong. I have not had pimples since high school. 5 of them in the span of 60 days at my age is crazy to me. Is this due to the protein shakes or me getting active in my old age again

oh also make sure u washing ur face asap after a workout because dirty skin after getting sweaty can cause it too

I just wanns lose the stomach and have a semi flat one no 🧢 not even in my plans.
Just want the chest and arms a lil more ocky (legs already there cause i walk everywhere in nyc)

Definitely don’t need to isolate abs but it doesn’t hurt. Might make them more visible/ deeper. But You already train your core significantly with compound movements. Can’t press 200 + lbs over your head without a strong core. I stopped training em directly personally bc I started to get insane ab cramps whenever whenever I did (Might have to do with the fact that I almost always train fasted 🤷🏿♂️ )

I think a lot of ppl that workout don’t understand how essential how you eat is when it comes to fitness.
