I've sort of been lazy and cruising, not necessarily cheating but not been as tight with my deficit as I was previously.

Its pretty easy if you wean off it (and you have substitutes)
For example: In the last 3 months ive gone from eating pasta 5-6 days a week to eating it once (maybe twice) every 2-3 weeks.
And when i make it i portion the f*** outta it
make one box of pasta last a month as opposed to only 4 days (a nigga was addicted to pasta heavy)

Lifting heavy with free weights 5 times a week
1 cardio focused day, one rest
Upping my calorie intake to 1800-2000 from 1350-1500 on more intense lifting days
8 hours of sleep
Gonna try to hit my protein goal of goal weight everyday ( 130 - 145 grams of protein a day)
Goal: lose 1-1.5 pounds a weight & body recomp
