    Regarding water:

    Mayo Clinic recommends close to 4L per day for men. I live in a desert too so it's mad dry. I started tracking my intake and I'm averaging like 2.5-3 so I'm tryna up my intake. Curious how much yall be drinking too.

    I aim for 4 depends tho. If I’m not doing s*** I’ll drink less, if I work out more

    I drink a ton. Around 4 gallons depending on the day. I try not to drain myself of vitamins and minerals so I'm careful to not overdue it

    I'm using some muscle tech atm. It's nice because it has the amino acid l-theanine so the caffeine does not interfere with sleep

    A little more than a gallon of water each day. It's pretty easy to get your daily amount of water in if you get one of those gallon jugs and fill it up in the morning. It looks intimidating for some, but it's so easy to chug throughout the day, you'll empty it out in no time.

    Also a good headstart into your daily water intake, two cups of water from your standard cup in the morning once you get up. Should come out to be about 24-32oz depending on the size of the cup.

    I'll take it at night and have no issues. Only $20 USD for a months worth too

    I drink a ton of water at night. As a recovered alcoholic I think my body is just naturally thirsty at night time from all the late nights. Like a leftover muscle memory thing.

    I never really liked pre-workouts, but I'm cutting weight right now so I'm taking ephedrine/caffeine so that's effectively my pre-workout.

    I f***ing fumbled it so hard today at the gym

    I have a cold n thought I could sweat it out but it was terrible and couldn't complete my sets so I stopped in the middle and f***ing left. Now I'm depressed :cryfam :

    Should've stayed home and rested but the gym is my only solace that's taking my mind off my heartbreak and f*** man
