I drink a ton. Around 4 gallons depending on the day. I try not to drain myself of vitamins and minerals so I'm careful to not overdue it

A little more than a gallon of water each day. It's pretty easy to get your daily amount of water in if you get one of those gallon jugs and fill it up in the morning. It looks intimidating for some, but it's so easy to chug throughout the day, you'll empty it out in no time.
Also a good headstart into your daily water intake, two cups of water from your standard cup in the morning once you get up. Should come out to be about 24-32oz depending on the size of the cup.

I drink a ton of water at night. As a recovered alcoholic I think my body is just naturally thirsty at night time from all the late nights. Like a leftover muscle memory thing.
I never really liked pre-workouts, but I'm cutting weight right now so I'm taking ephedrine/caffeine so that's effectively my pre-workout.
