Stop putting yourself on restrictive diets you can’t maintain. The best diet is the one you can stick to.
I’d recommend “The Guide to Flexible Dieting” by Lyle McDonald.
As long as your calories are in a deficit you can afford to eat a sweet every now and then. Track your calories and you can find a way to fit them in if you need to on a day. Let yourself have a “free meal” once every 1-2 weeks to satisfy that craving.
Also quest bars are delicious and have 20 G protein like 16 grams fiber and are only 180 calories

chronic pain got me f***ed up but I'm still doing what i can with what i have
the brain, mind, and body are indelibly connected and so i find myself reading and meditating more for my fitness when the pain stops me from physical things
did do 3x5 pushups n light deadlifts yesterday tho with some abs. slow n steady. gonna give acupuncture another try later today and then again next week, my dad said it really helped him with some of his pain so yeah fingers crossed
