chronic pain got me f***ed up but I'm still doing what i can with what i have
the brain, mind, and body are indelibly connected and so i find myself reading and meditating more for my fitness when the pain stops me from physical things
did do 3x5 pushups n light deadlifts yesterday tho with some abs. slow n steady. gonna give acupuncture another try later today and then again next week, my dad said it really helped him with some of his pain so yeah fingers crossed

I played for my state school for one year then had some d1 offers but idk I played since I was like 4 was just burnt out lowkey kinda regret not taking the offers but oh well
