I’m at a standstill
I’ve been going to the gym every day for the past 3 months. However, I have absolutely no gains to show for it. I don’t want to get huge given I’m literally 5’7” and I don’t think it would work with the way I’m built and the clothes I wear. I’ve mainly been looking to get a “sleeper build” where I essentially look scrawny as hell with clothes on, but look defined and semi-shredded otherwise. I weigh around 118 lbs and I’m 5’7”. I eat pretty healthy and try to stick to a keto diet outside of weekends where I’ll have potato chips or some processed dessert maybe once a month. I’d like to think I push myself at the gym, but I’ve seen no difference.
Currently routine:
I go every day right after I wake up.

^I do the above every day. Afterwards here is the schedule
Day 1: I do solely chest workouts
Day 2: I do solely back anf shoulder workouts
Day 3: I do solely biceps and triceps
then I repeat for the rest of the week and rest Sunday’s. How can I actually see results.

How much calories do u eat a day?
Slow gain, find your cals and gain a pound to half a pound a week, hit your protein goal (250-500 cals over maintenance )
Til ur around 135-138 then see what u wanna do
118 is a mf stick tho , so just eat in a surplus, take creatine and do a lil bit less cardio

yeah I figured it’s probably just that I don’t eat enough. I’m pretty much eating at maintenance every day. Ik 118 is super low, but putting on 1-3 pounds IMMEDIATELY changes my appearance like crazyyyy. All the weight goes to my face first so my cheeks get bloated and my head just looks more circular. Other than that it goes directly to my stomach so I have a belly.

Less cardio, more muscle building
Do chest and tricep together as well as back and bicep
Get a leg day in there

tried a hack squat machine for the first time today and omg total game changer
i fell in love instantly, s*** feels/moves really good on that machine
