Cut out most carbs and all sugar alcohols
Sweat as much as you can outdoors, in the sauna
Cut off water early in the day but don’t dehydrate yourself
Get all your meals in early
Stay doing cardio

tbh i stopped taking pre like 2 years ago
coffee in the morning the only caffeine i have really regardless if im gonna lift that day or not
but when i was taking pre i was taking gat nitraflex
although i feel like theres better pre nowadays
edit: ive tasted/had a sip of the one my boy be using and it tastes great but idk how it is performance wise cuz i just did a taste test but he uses bucked up/woke af the pineapple/fruit type flavor its like a yellow tub
