Damn bruh, I really don’t want to but I’m finna have to start working out in the mornings and the evenings.
My unit used to just let us go to the gym, but now we workout outside with our own set of equipment that’s just for us. It’s a decent workout but I be WAY too gassed to do my personal routine after that. Not to mention we workout in 95+ degree weather

Heat don’t really start kicking till bout 11am, that’s plenty of time to wake up properly and get a good workout/breakfast outside

because a video can’t tell you if you’re actually emulating the form you’re looking at properly and physically guide you to demonstrate anything

even if you record yourself you might not be able to discern differences between what you’re doing and proper form
ngl im depressed as hell and working out is liiiiike my only outlet so i spend awhile at the gym and do abs, stretch/foam roll at home but i am mentally a little tired
