    how much are you hoping to trim up? 4 weeks isn't a lot, depending on how steep the deficit is I'd say 6-8 weeks is a better spot

    I don't think you need to meal prep much because you will end up eating individual items of food rather than meals

    e.g. lunch is roast chicken with rice. dinner is kangaroo with eggs

    I’m tryna lose like 3-5% body fat, roughly tho because It’s not like I went too far wit the bulk. But 6-8 weeks isn’t bad… and I hear you I just feel like meal prepping would help me stay on course more

    so i did shoulders yesterday seated over head

    did 70 lbs for 9 reps

    then 75 lbs 2x6
    then finish with 80 lbs five reps

    then did crazy shrugs with the triangle bar

    mate i genuinely only get sick around the time i'm maxxing out. the bro in me says that huge amount of effort drops your immune system. what's the science behind this.
