Depends on who you ask. The Persona games would fall under SMT games.

Personally when it comes to SMT, I prefer the Devil Summoner games on PS2, Nocturne & Persona 5. Persona 4 is great also.

don't think it's necessarily a JRPG, but 13 sentinels is on sale on the PS Store rn. have only heard amazing things about it, so i guess i'll scoop and add it to the never-ending backlog

the only thing i'm a bit on the fence on is the combat, but i've heard you only spend a few hours in it, so it's prob not too big of a deal.

Playing smt strange journey, loving the atmosphere so far

I like how the game progression is in Yakuza 7. With being broke in the early few chapters around the time you get your 4th party member, I still can't casually hit up every game place yet due to the cost of it besides the can collect

With focusing on the main story first, then doing side quest along the way help you out with gear and starting money to buy better weapons and stock on mp and hp food. Seems like the latter part of the game when you get more money youll be able to play them mini games

Catherine is hard as f***. Really good game.
