yeah id like to see what they learned in a sequel
shame it didn't stick for you tho. did you have your full squad SAS unlocked before you stopped? i forgot where 5 hours leave you at but the combat starts to open up a bit when that unlocks
also Kasane has the squad with better skill chemistry imo
yeah if i restart i'll do a kasane run first. No i didn't have full SAS stuff, so maybe i bailed before the combat started to really open up
Crying
I gotta finally play this
Saw a comment describing it as "Persona 5 with middle aged alcoholic has-beens"

This might've sold me
Think I might finally start Ys IX soon. Will prob play Tokyo Xanadu Ex+ first since I kinda want to enjoy a comfy 7/10 game
Those 6 & 7/10 games be hitting sometimes (like Sakura Wars)
Was ready to play Tokyo Xanadu & Caligula Effect 2 as well

Literally. I try and tell guys stop tryna play 10/10 games and just enjoy games again. When I was a kid whatever games you rent or bought you enjoyed it for what it was and not compared to something else.,
Sakura Wars was a great example. Another good example is Scarlet Nexus like we talked about a while back. They don't require crazy time/mental investment & they're enjoyable.
The new star ocean is like that also if you haven't played. An easy 7.5 or so.
Am I the only one that felt like Digimon Survive came and went? Anybody that started OP Odyssey still playing?

I agree, got Scarlet Nexus a while ago and been eyeing that new Star Ocean & Soul Hackers 2 as well Valkyrie Elysium is up in the air

damn i can recommend all of the those games except Star Ocean and that's just because I havent played it yet lol
70+ hours later, i finally beat One Piece Odyssey. In the last chapter, they finally forced me to use accessories lol but just some single stat ones tho. there were two multi-phased boss encounters at the end (one was 3 phases and the last was 2) so items and equipment mattered more then than anytime else in the game. overall, its a 7.5/10 game thatd id give a soft 8.5 since i added my own fun by handicapping myself
