yeah but I am too lazy to read new 52 superman stuff
like I get it a little but not really
Nah fam you dont gotta read any of it, just read this and you'll get a grip of what when down
denofgeek.com/comics/superman-continuity-finally-fixed-by-dc-comics
Picking up the last issue today. LCS lets me scoop stuff early usually. Was it fire?
remember to pick up Speed Metal too btw
Both were fire, Speed Metal a bit more i'd say. Pretty much put the ball in DC's court to put some respect on the Flashes finally
Its ultimately a lead in to Death Metal 4 cus Wally is still an important part of it but when its all done the potential is pretty much unlimited. Really hope Williamson gets to write Wally again one day

Yup that's on my pull list too bro
I think Williamson would be a great fit for a Wally Solo book tbh. Hope that's where he goes. But glad to see the Flash's get some f***ing respect. I was almost done after HIC bro that s*** was terrible. I blame Didio.
you keeping up with Hickman's X-men? forgot if i asked, but that X of swords event kicks off today. Everything leading up to it has been fire @YANDHI

damnnn i literally need to catch on majority of it from issue 3 of main X Men. I think i was reading X Force and something else as well but i thought it'd be better to let Hickman pile up.
What series do you read from the X stuff? all?

I started off with all, but I’m not pulling any now haha. Not that they’re all bad, but I just wasn’t feeling the different teams. The main X-men book is just so great, and truly feels like Claremont’s X-men to me in that it just feels fresh and new, just like Claremont’s run was at the time.
Trade waiting Hickman is a good idea, but reading X-men monthly (aside from the delays with Covid) has been pretty fun ngl.

@YANDHI BRO speedmetal was so f***ing good. Such a great continuation of the rebirth one-shot

the fact Wally naturally went back to his old Flash suit (and only chose to put his blue one back on) gotta mean something right.... all the pieces of Flash are more put together than ever I wonder if that could actually be what he goes back to since his whole biological and Flash family is back and that’s what they remember him as

bro i was so hype when he put his old suit on, but just seeing Linda and his kids was amazing. I do think they he's gonna get his own book at this point. they'd be dumb not to, and have kind of already said that he's the best of the Flashes
rereading cerebus, incredible run

this looks cool but 300 issues seems intimidating

im an impulse reader so it isn’t as grueling. prob be like 2 1/2 weeks to ride through it. that’s if i’m not doing anything else
im not gonna f*** with the archives this time
Anyone reading the Hickman X-Men run? How is it? I read both House of X and Powers of X and enjoyed them but I fell off the X-Men after those finished.

I love it. They just started a new event that's kind of tied to House and Powers of X. Def check it out
I’m gonna say it.... I ain’t feeling three jokers. S*** seems just so lackluster to me compared to Doomsday Clock. I only bring DC up because it was John’s last big book. They been hyping the s*** out of three jokers the last few years and s*** just feels mid af. Hope this pay off is coo
Finished Injustice Series. The fighting scenes are really well-done and the storyline is really inventive. Watching Superman playing God was unforgettable lmao.
When they introduced too many characters it was like a normie shonen type plot but the wars between heroes/villains were quite zestful.
Didn't play 2nd but I spent many hours on first game where main story will be used as the last arc of this comic (which shows what happened 5 years before the events of the game). Only thing that could have been developed better was the ending which was still eh like in the game.
Also remember some years ago I was into Fables but never finished it cause it fell off hard around the end. Might start to read it again.
Been catching up with X of Swords storyline
How you liking it? Honestly it's like my favorite event for a while. There's just something about it that's great, but i can't figure out what lol

Always wanted to get into this series, but the art was kinda weird sometimes. Might eventually check it out because i always f***ed with the games heavy
