These are all his indie books, and now he’s working with both Marvel and DC and I’d say his current Swamp Thing run has been excellent and same goes for his new Black Label Aquaman book

Nah this s*** was fire. Tom really just needs to continue to write this maxi series. That’s where he shines the most

I agree, it's also just my favorite format to read comics. self-contained, perfect length, can get artists who don't do monthlies.

I like interesting art styles, sci fi concepts, psychological s***, mystery, thrilling stories, and just overall weird niche s***

When you say graphic novel are you asking for something that’s not a series or like an entire run for a certain character?

I’ll just say you need to read Alan Moore’s Saga of the Swamp Thing to literally hit all of the marks you’re looking for

I don’t mind if it’s a series, but I’d prefer shorter condensed stories that can be told within 3-5 volumes

Doesn’t have to be comic related btw but I also don’t mind comic book characters either

Watchmen and Sandman. Can guarantee you won’t regret reading either. Canonical texts that live up to the hype surrounding them 💯
