He's such a fool for thinking Dustin would straight up box him.

And you can tell in the faceoffs he tried to bait Dustin into a standup fight and Dustin caught his ass off guard when he took him down.

Dustin vs Do Bronx for the title
    Gaethje vs Chandler
    Conor vs Ferguson

Those should be the next fights imo

    First Take

ill give you those first 2 but idk abt Tony anymore. And I’m not saying he’s ending the fight with that one punch, but it will rock them and he can just walk them down after. Pretty sure Poirier himself said if Conor pressured him after that he would’ve lost

You don’t about Tony because he lost two fights fair but Herb Dean stopped that fight vs Justin. He got dominated and was finished when he could’ve been, he’s still tough as nails bro lol his durability shouldn’t be in question the wars and shots he’s recovered from. You talking like he’s been getting put away. He’s just been getting beat silly

He didn’t say he would’ve lost either lol he said he got tagged with the left. If he(Conor) would’ve followed up I would’ve been hurt. Lol not one time was Dustin not composed during their fight. He didn’t say he would’ve lost.

Conor's power has been overrated ngl

    It's even more evident now.

His old style where he was very kick heavy would open opponents up and catch them with a good punch.

He's never gone out there and Ngannou'd someone, ever.

Now that he's eliminated his kicking game it's even more evident.

He doesn’t even utilize his crazy kicks to do damage. Most of the time thats him controlling the octagon. Pushing someone in a direction he wants them, usually to to set up the left. The left has stunned guys for sure but you’re right it’s only really put down Jose and it was a counter punch. Jose’s momentum played a factor in that.

Really all of Dustin’s best work was in the standup. Not just those leg kicks. He caught him with several right hooks in the boxing exchanges even taunting him with some of his feints & jabs. I took his whole “I want us bleeding from the beginning” out of context I guess idk. He definitely got busy standing.

Conor shouldn’t matchup with someone who could exploit his weaknesses like Tony could. He’s still got the tools and he’s durable....

  • Jan 25, 2021

Asking for Tony vs Conor is asking for someone who is durable, has great cardio, excellent grappling & creative offense. Most likely hungry too....all things I cant say the same for Conor.

He’ll make more money losing over there than he’ll make inevitably losing over here lol unless he stops lying about his commitment to the game I suggest he does it. None of the people he’d be fighting in spectacle boxing fights would really try to harm his health over there either I don’t believe. Unless he’s really popping off at the mouth.

He had all of us, myself included believing he was all in. He would be dialed in. He would look like himself of old, or better. That could’ve been true and that it just didn’t matter. He even said it would be a masterpiece(It was, by Dustin). Like it was FAR from the 60 seconds he predicted or the Van Gogh he was talking. Eddie, Justin, Khabib, Dan, & Max all lasted longer than that against this newer version of Dustin. Fighters know they can break him in there. This guy was broken in 1.5 rounds. Look at the beating Kattar took. He knew he had lost long before that fight was over. Still hung in there. Conor ain’t even as tough as yall would like him to be. He folds under adversity. Chad could’ve broken him too. The way he was crying to Herb Dean. Like dude get outta here tryna make sound bites and get away from those losers “training” you.

Nate could’ve broken his ass again too if he wasn’t flopping around and tryna bait the nigga into a bjj match. He had Conor turning his back, running, literally running. Bot circling out. Jogging away. He’s Pointing and laughing. Instead of laughing he should’ve got on his ass again but Nates an idiot

If he can’t set you up and land that left. Your options are many really lol he doesn’t like to work in there. Grind his ass out. He’ll bend and then eventually break. It’s not even just a cardio thing anymore tbh

I was surprised how much he was getting caught ngl

Even in the first exchange he caught by a jab or a hook don't remember but it landed clean.

That hook that sat Conor down sounded like a f***ing bomb though.

He told Herb Chad was stalling multiple times lol

He doesn't have a dog inside of him, it is what it is.

I feel like his career was over after UFC 205, everything after has just been extra.

I don't think he'll ever go on a run again.
