everyday. i start my mornings with some sun salutation type stuff and take a few points during my work day to do some quick things, forward fold, atg lunge, couch stretch, and more. and i always do some stretching before bed too
no real routine tho, i just do it all intuitively
I got a stretch app (Bend) from work, so I've gotten a little better at scheduling, tracking and consistently doing my stretches

i started this year taking some early morning hot yoga classes. classes/instruction can be real nice. still sometimes i'll put on some yoga instructor youtube thing and follow along

yeah it's already getting pretty warm here which is real nice, cant wait to sweat my ass off on those proper summer days, feels so good to break a mean sweat just dripping like you came out the shower

Every parkrun is 5k so just over 3 miles. If any of y'all get a shot at doing one I would recommend even if it's for fun, it's dope to say you did it.
