The worst part is when I saw the date was in May I didn’t fully realize that meant training in winter. Been cold as f*** here the last few months and running outside has been hell

Y'all should be proud b
I feel so much faster since I've started strength training my legs
I been hearing about this
what time of exercises do you practice? i heard that dead lifts, squats, and calf raises be great for it

Calf raise machine, Hamstring curls, Romanian dead lifts, squats, glute bridge, that's most of them
Also jump roping helps
I'm definitely a lot quicker on my feet with the vaporflys than with my boston 11s
I've got a HM race (and my first) next week and it's kind of a mess. I've been doing 30-35 slow mpw for the last few so I feel good about crossing the line but I didn't do any speed/interval work or predictor workouts (since I've been doing strength training outside running) so I have no idea how I'm gonna do. I think I could run 1:32-1:33 if everything goes well but I could just be totally off

Felt good tbh, had hip pain half way through and still have it now, any advice would be appreciated
