This post is long and convoluted but yeah I would recommend if only because Even though it’s probably a lot of stuff in it that you know there is probably equally a lot of stuff that you might not know, and it could help you be able to convince more people to switch to veganism I think!
especially since it has alot of recipes And the community behind it online is growing so people would be able to tap in to it maybe with more ease idk
That’s just how I perceive it’s possibility as a tool in converting people?
I’m sure you know all about the health benefits yourself lol, but this book lays out a lot of good facts and figures related to gut health and the way that veganism contributes to a healthy gut by having high fibre, and outlines how animais animal products can tamper with that gut health and your microbiome...
Book is titled: "Fiber Fueled: The Plant-Based Gut Health Program for Losing Weight, Restoring Your Health, and Optimizing Your Microbiome by Will Bulsiewicz MD"
not like I've been a huge animal product lover or anti vegan/vegetarian or anything the past, but starting reading this book has me wanting to switch to a full plant-based diet almost immediately tbh though Itd be disingenuous to say it's not largely because of the health benefits lol but...
that being said, I've seen you say on here something about that if you can just convince a few persons or a couple people to eat less meat you feel like your job is achieved with respect to promoting veganism I know that’s not verbatim, And this is kind of a long post so if you read this far already I appreciate it lol And I’m sorry if I’m being pedantic or anything like that, or condescending or whatever. Because that’s not my intent.
The focus is on gut health and how much it contributes to every facet of our overall health, How fiber is in general, the biggest component of a healthy gut, and how much more a plant based diet would lead to that (as implied by the title) . Some really really cool stuff in there beyond the main points of why veganism is healthier that you are more likely to know about.
(Lol sorry again)

Tldr, yeah I'd recommend since it might help you learn more ways to convince non vegans to make the switch
typical Saturday brekkie
Nah this looks good af, tofu scramble w black beans zucchini carrots was nd spinach? Or is that some other leafy green
So, I’m in this really weird space with it now I’m over a year in.
The resentment, passive aggressiveness and just genuine bigotry from meat eaters is INSANE. And the f***ing gaslighting by people saying we are the virtue signallers and preachers is also driving me crazy.
Genuinely don’t ever tell people I’m vegan until it comes to ordering food and people like “why no meat?!”
It be hitting when it’s 2020 and most ppl been exposed to animal exploitation videos via social media yet you still see most ppl consuming the suffering still like dawg I saw some s*** 7 years ago and it was NO QUESTION I had to change my habits immediately
Based king
Three months in. I feel f***ing fantastic.

Yeast flakes and a vegan protein powder will sort your protein needs.
Also, the industry grossly over-exaggerates how much protein we need
