thegreatdivineI don't even think he'll do that. He can have a complete life without ever having to associate himself with Kanye so he just never will.
Also, realize that the Drake today isn't the Drake from 2013 or even 2016 who still very much viewed Kanye as his competition or someone he could look up to. The Drake today doesn't see him that way anymore. Kanye ruined whatever respect Drake had for him as a human being and Kanye knows that. That's probably why he's so desperate to be cool with Drake again because he knows he messed up big time.
Yeah that’s true, Drake doesn’t really attend industry events or anything like that so it’s unlikely they’ll cross paths anywhere else.
The only reason I can see him maybe forgiving him one day is because of everyone else Drake has forgiven in the past, he’s clearly the forgiving type. This situation is a little different though, especially if he still believes Ye gave Push the info.

It was also Ye taking back the beat he gave to Drake and rapping nonsense on it and releasing all the Wyoming albums the same month as Drake after Drake revealed the release date to him.

He believes Kanye gave that information to Push because he knows more than any of us know about what really went down.
I don't even think he hates Kanye right now. He's just indifferent towards him and his attitude towards him is on a steady "fuck you." Like you said, Drake is like an island in the industry. As much as he collaborates with other artists, he rarely attends industry functions and he lives in Toronto, Canada so he's more than good not f***ing Kanye and any other industry niggas he isn't cool with.

I think it was a combination of that and other f*** s*** Kanye had done in the past that we probably don't even know about. I see it as a "when someone tells you who they are, believe them" and Drake forgiving Kanye for other s*** trying to believe that wasn't who he really was and finally being forced to confront the fact that Kanye was exactly that person with all the s*** he pulled back in 2018. That was probably the last straw for Drake.

I definitely do not think Drake and Kanye will ever mend their relationship, but to play devil’s advocate (that’s like my favorite thing to do if you couldn’t tell lol) Drake also indicated he didn’t ever see himself being cool with Meek again in the Zane Lowe VIEWS interview.

The Meek thing was different. Meek did some f***shit based on envy and jealousy. Everyone that's Drake's peer has been jealous of him at some point or the other whether they've shown it or not so he would have 0 industry friends if he wasn't cool with people who were jealous of him.
Also, Drake embarrassed Meek and actually affected his life and career with Back to Back. That probably helped in him getting over what Meek did and what Meek did probably didn't feel as personal to Drake as what Kanye did.
