i personally think drake will forgive him one day and call it a truce if kanye gets the help he needs because even tho kanye my goat it’s sad to see what happened to him. i mean drake forgave meek and he said at one point before then he wouldn’t and he dissed him two years later like he did with ye. i think drake still has love for kanye i mean he is his idol after all and maybe one day drake will understand that the same way meek was doing a load of pills not in a good state is the same with kanye with his opioid addiction and having bipolar i. my dad a psychiatrist and ive talked to him a lot of times about bipolar i and he’s told me a lot of stories where they’ve said and done worse s*** than kanye. i just hope kanye mental health improve one day and they can put this whole s*** behind him cos it don’t feel good drake making constant disses to him when they both prolly still like each other in some kinda way whether it’s their artistry or on a personal level

he never reached out to him, you can literally see in the screenshot that someone on k00nye's team was notified about the sample. that stuff is handled on drake's behalf by people who negotiate clearances at republic/umg. all they knew was that it was for "say what's real" and at the end of the day, approval came from the rightful owners of the sample.
