Midstream ya piss. Hasn’t failed me yet. Piss in the toilet for a couple seconds then piss in the cup to the fill line. Key is making sure u don’t catch the beginning couple seconds or the end couple seconds because apparently that’s where most the toxins are or something like that

No idea. I’m sure if it’s people vouching for the pills they must be decent at least but literally the only method I’ve ever used was midstreaming. I’m sure doing it with the pills won’t hurt just gotta be conscious enough to not catch the end of ya piss. Pissing in the toilet for the first couple seconds is easy but trying to time the end of ya piss can be tricky. Definitely got popped the one time I caught the end of my piss vs perfect results the other 5 or so times I midstreamed correctly

Every day smoker and I probably took a week break if that. One I failed I smoked like the night before maybe even that morning because I didn’t know I was gonna have to do it

I smoked 2-3 times a week sometimes daily for like 2 years and had to get clean. Take a s*** ton of vitamin c and d and drink water a lot of water.

Just picked up the QCap pills I saw a lot of people on here and online recommending. Got a dry run pack with some at home tests to make sure I don't botch the s*** day of.

@op drink a lot of water and workout almost everyday. Was in a similar situation a few months ago and flushed it all out in about 2 weeks without a detox, probably had it out before the 2 week mark. If you detox you'll def be fine but if you are that worried do that and self test. Good luck
