the intro on champagne poetry is some of my favorite drake music i’ve heard but he follows it up with this regular ass predictable beat on the switch up :(

all that is to say i think that bassline with that sample being the main beat was cool for drake to do on here

weirdly enough i do think it was an entertaining creative decision to sample that too sexy song throughout the beat
