Why does strikers look so jagged? Like idk how to explain it but the black lines on stuff doesn’t look right. It’s like when you turn up the sharpness on a tv to max or some s***, even Persona 5 og looked better than this.

How can i fix this yall? Been holding off on playing P5S despite getting it day one because of this.

I would agree if zelda didn’t exist

Zelda is up there but the best zelda tracks are the iconic ones that have been around for decades now. BOTW for example wasn’t anywhere near goat level music wise

I agree with this it’s one of my biggest criticisms of botw next to the lack of dungeons and boring shrines

not gonna get fixed, just how the game looks with anti-aliasing. you can fix it pretty easily on pc. think you can mitigate it by swapping to "graphics" setting on ps5, but it's still gonna be there.

though i can guarantee you that you won't notice it when you're actually in combat. in cutscenes, sure, but it's such a non-issue. this is coming from someone who also thought it was going to be problem.

yea, kinda cutscene heavy + it's pretty noticeable in the overworld. i'm sure it's just something you'll get used to. would try not to write it off because strikers is a really good game, but i get it. part of the reason why i never play my switch. damn near every game looks awful on there

i think thats just the best that dynasty warriors engine can do when it comes to emulating the look of P5

yeah man, the persona fanbase is pretty awful. though i guess that just naturally happens when something gets very popular. persona also tends to attract a younger audience (which isn't inherently a bad thing, but you get what i mean) and some weirdos, which doesn't help on a lot of fronts

Funny thing is that the calendar system/day to day gameplay/social sim part is actually the most unique part of Persona.

That’s not to say that there aren’t other aspects of the game that aren’t good or unique

SMT games are literally just harder, but more repetitive and with less personality IMO.

The high school setting in Persona is also fairly unique within the JRPG sphere, I like how it kind of acts as a bit of a fantasy of what you WISH your high school experience was actually like

I think that, low-key, is the series’ biggest appeal.

To this day there are no games that invoke a feeling of verisimilitude like Shenmue 1-2 and Persona 3-5

Many have tried but they just can’t get it right.

Friends of Ringo Ishikawa is interesting and i enjoyed quite a lot but it missed the mark too.

This is why Persona and Shenmue are so special to people.

Persona 2 is amazing but theres a reason why the series spiked in popularity when Persona 3 released and 4 put it in the map for all jrpg fans

i think 3 has the best themes and story between those games, but it's definitely the most dated. the dungeon crawling is a very "okay" experience at best, the social link system isn't as good as 4's and 5's imo. at the end of the day, it's a persona game, so you won't be disappointed.

also, the answer epilogue mode thing is a pretty awful thing to play. game is on perma hard mode and you gotta grind a decent bit iirc.

on paper, 4 and 5 are probably the better games, but 3 was my personal favorite until royal came out last year.

A 10/10 like the other Hashino Persona games
