i think 3 has the best themes and story between those games, but it's definitely the most dated. the dungeon crawling is a very "okay" experience at best, the social link system isn't as good as 4's and 5's imo. at the end of the day, it's a persona game, so you won't be disappointed.
also, the answer epilogue mode thing is a pretty awful thing to play. game is on perma hard mode and you gotta grind a decent bit iirc.
on paper, 4 and 5 are probably the better games, but 3 was my personal favorite until royal came out last year.

Is strikers worth 40$? Or should I wait.
Yes, it is worth $40
Depends on where you’ll be playing it though, it’s playable on PS4 but it has this weird anti aliasing problem i’d just get it on PC
Don’t know how it runs on PS5, might download it and try later

Ya I have a ps5 I would imagine it runs fine just wondering how much content is there.

It’s a pretty long game so should be more than enough content for $40

I haven’t played Strikers since midway through the second jail. Even though I liked Hyrule Warriors, the gameplay loop here just isn’t appealing to me. Everything feels too frantic compared to what I want from a Persona game. I do want to finish it before replaying Royal, but it feels like a slog at the moment.

I’m pretty far I think I wanna try and get into the side stuff but again it just seems like a chore to do for some reason
When does Persona 3 get good
The whole story rn is the syndrome and thats it, dont know why or what, just that kill shadows

The narrative pacing in Persona 3 isn't quite as tight as in 4 and 5. Can't remember exactly when, but things only start to pick up after a couple months pass at around the middle-ish section of the game.

Hmm... around August or so if I'm remembering correctly. Whenever you unlock all party members. That's when it really starts to pick up. Like @Ashi said it's not quite at tightly paced as P4 or P5. There are only a handful of big story moments each month until late game.
WAY OF MY LIIIIIIIFE

Overall how would you say is the story?
