damn that sucks. i am lucky to have two copies of melmetal. its not my best deck but i feel like nobody is expecting me to actually use it and its very fun to get a win with it. can't wait for them to add more metal cards
Melmetal is honestly my second favorite deck behind my poison Koga deck
I usually have good luck against Misty but f*** everybody running a Misty/Starmie deck
Been having some pretty decent luck with battles at least. Fighting deck surprisingly been holding it down. But it's very reliant on the draws forreal if I get that Grapploct and Machamp EX going chance of winning shoots up to 85% if not then I really gotta gut it out.
Niggas pulling cards like this and I been getting straight Pidgey's
That's a real card dude
Oh boy, battling another Japanese characters trainer (私はチンポが好き) I wonder what deck he’ll use!
It’s a psychic mewtwo Ex + gardevoir every time
We should have a rematch option like fighting games. I feel like 1 match against a random isn't very indicative of which player is better just who has the advantage of using the better deck at that particular moment.
I play MarowakEX decks about half the time and this would be so f***ing helpful lmao
honestly I get this for any water type thats not starmie
is there a meta way to make gengar more viable ? I looked through the wikis and honestly seems hes never used

I know people be mad af when I manage to sweep with a Lickitung lol I don't blame em at all either cause that's some s*** that can very easily blow up in my face

I feel like fighting/rock/ground deck is pretty versatile defensively because they all use same energy but have different weaknesses (grass or psychic) which lets you cover your bases when playing pvp.
Unfortunately there is no counter for a mewtwo and gardevoir deck

if Im using one of the two marowaks I have (+primape / +kabu) im never mad I just roll my eyes at the rng lol

the nuisance with m2 and G decks is that its fully draw luck and/or coin flip luck for the defender
theres no legitimately good counter right now lol unless your using the yellow rat deck maybe ig

When they add report user features

I hope they dont, I only barely started using a troll deck

I use the yellow rat deck and the max you can hit for is only 90 (100 with Giovanni) while having 120 health and potentially a similarly long set up time to place 3 electric types in your bench. Most of the time my mvp ends up being electrode anyways.
I played a Japanese guy who legit had 2 mewtwo Exs and 2 gardevoirs

oh yeah that makes sense, and theres not really a bench hitter in the yellow decks afaik either
I got 2 Gs and only 1 mewtwo ex right now and have only spent ten dollars lol. Could have spent the pack credits on another mewtwo but I filled out my trainer/support cards instead + random cheaper cards I think
How would yall compare this to something like Duel Links? I want to download it don’t want to get bogged down by super complex playstyle like master duel or p2w type s***

I dont know anything about dual links, but Pokemon Pockets whole thing is that its extremely simple, fast paced, and easy to learn (edit: thats the game a coworker friend of mine plays, hes said pocket is way simpler when we talked about it)
the complexity of the game mainly comes from confusion with all the different in game currencies and where certain things are (I keep forgetting how to find pack point exchange for example). I think theres 7 or 8 different forms of currency
but its not really all that micro-transaction dominated either. That just gets you more cards faster but theres plenty of pre builts you can use too
