Nobody knows and it's no telling how technical the game will be. GF isn't particularly good at 3D games.

Also i watched the direct again really closely and found out theres one shot of The Underground so maybe we will get secret bases after all

How were Pearl/Diamond? I hadn’t played since the GBA days before I got Shield for a nostalgia kick, and it left a really bad taste in my mouth.

if the remake is 1:1 with nothing new, i'd just rather have the old games for 20$ on the e-shop

I love the 4th gen so much, I think Imma cop this day one, even tho I still have massive reservations about the art style

i think most people wanted a fresh remix of the original games but keeping the original spirit

i think the main word i’d use to describe them is

low budget

but we’ll see

just sucks it looks like it’s not getting the same love as FRLG, HGSS, ORAS as the next big games in the series but just a little side project

A lot of people wanted a 1:1 remake, a lot didnt, that's how it is with huge fanbases. If they went with a different approach the people who wanted a 1:1 remake would've complained so there is no way gamefreak wins

Idk man to me it looks fire imagine if it had the same s***ty graphics as sword and shield and same uninspired art style

All the remakes are low budget money grabs. It's nothing new to the series.

Man the trees in Legends so far look bad

On one hand the 1:1 remakes are cool because of nostalgia but I can’t lie I would’ve liked to see places like Sunyshore City, Pastoria, and the top of Mt. Coronet fully reimagined.

Great, but it feels pretty slow overall, especially 1 hitting a high HP pokemon, but that's probably the one downside to otherwise great games. They'll definitely fix that s*** with the remakes though
