Gen 4 was the first pokemon on the DS so it was the first one with real online. When i was a kid this game was the s*** because i could visit my friends secret bases and battle with them easy af some people didnt like the sinnoh region because a lot of its snowy mountain areas but it made sense

Diamond and pearl specifically had some really bad problems, the post game wasnt that interesting and there were no fire types available other than ur starter so it was kinda hard to beat some gyms

But platinum version came out and fixed all those issues its the best gen 4 game by far and if you ever feel like playing an older pokemon thats the one u gotta try

Its not yet known how much of platinum is gonna get incorporated into the remakes though

People didn't hate Sinnoh because it was snowy. They hated it because for some reason Game Freak made everything slow And it was only two fire type Pokemon in the whole game

Masuda is assisting with the remakes and he's the one that said no battle frontier in ORAS

Battle Frontier is a major one for me, I didnt really care about the Delta episode at all tbh. So the post game is lacking.

Giving you latios halfway thru the game just doesn't sit right with me honestly. They already hand held you through the game and they give you a legendary halfway the story just makes it too easy. The originals was fairly difficult, but in the remakes gamefreak go out of their way to make it easy for you.

I feel like the remakes lost the "heart and soul" of the originals if that makes sense, but I can't exactly point out why. I feel like they did it right with HG/SS but the passion and magic is lost in ORAS for me.

However I'm glad for everyone that enjoyed it, it just wasnt for me.

The less they involve him in projects the better, the d/p are a side minor project to them and if they dont bring him for legends that's fine for me. Just want him to call it quits, he's among the people holding pokemon back

Masuda isn't the issue though lol. Ohmori is. Ohmori was hand picked by Masuda while out drinking. Masuda taught him everything he know. Ohmori was Masuda's Protege, nothing will change until both gone. Masuda lead games have shown to be better in quality than Ohmori lead games. Even Sword & Shield DLC, which was made by the new guys was better than Ohmori games.

Lmaooooooo This is why all the overworld Pokemon look awful. Mind you Lets go came out a year before, so he waited until the games was about to release to incorporate something SMH. In before people say it probably was before 2019. No he specifically said they saw how popular it was with fans. Man's just threw s*** in the game and didn't even polish it. Ohmori is a terrible director and that's why I'm keeping my expectations for Legends basement level. Dude is ass.
