Man, SMD is dope. It's what the remake of Red/Blue rescue team is built off. Like the power to mega evolve in the dungeon for Pokemon that can when they find the super seeds is from SMD. The animation is dope in that game.

The first two games are goated, like Red and Blue was so great and classics, then somehow they actually improved with the next ones

Yes but only if you planning on getting the Expansion Pass also. The main campaign is a bit underwhelming but the main Wild area to explore, plus all the fun s*** with the Expansion Pass regions makes it worth it

Haven’t even touched super. Honestly so many pkmn games i needa catch up on. Last year i bought a 2ds just to play with my crush but i kept losing interest in the game intermittently. Idk i can’t get immersed into the games like i used to. i think they just move too slow for me. Emu/HB great for the speed up feature alone can you still play online after home brew? that’s the only thing stopping me rn

That plus I’m pretty sure their contract states that they have to put out games annually so that leads to a whole lot of remasters and re releases to give them a couple years to work on a new gen

For the online thing, im dont know a lot about this, but i think you cant or at least the official online, maybe you can play in dedicated servers

Sky is definitely peak mystery dungeon. Super Mystery Dungeon is a notch just under it or just as good. SMD and Sky are probably top 5 Pokemon games. I haven't finished it yet, but I will soon.

Not sure where you been the last 20 years bro. Remakes are nothing but cash grabs for Game Freak and a break for them to work on the next generation game.
