    Synopsis

Hey is there any fiction you'd recommend? Could be anything really. I almost never read or buy fiction nowadays because I'm so anxious about the fact I might end up not liking it lol.

    You ever read Mistborn?

I’ve only read one of his books, The Way of Kings, which is part of this new series he’s been writing. He does mainly fantasy with some sci-fi elements in his other novels

Here's the video if you wanna watch, but I assume you get alot more out of the book than from a video. I watched it about a month or two ago but I remember being pretty bewildered of how specifically capable data a***ysis and algorithms have become of manipulating your thought process, and essentially to coerce you into feeling the need to buy products thru targeted ads. You hear people talking about things like that but actually learning how it works and how capable it is, now that's some scary s***.

The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls is probably the best book I ever read tbh. It’s been a while since i’ve gotten back into reading. A lot of other stuff takes my time up. I just bought some books to get back into it. I used to read a lot when I was younger but life lol. I strongly recommend it if you never read it before.

Clarice Lispector's Hour of the Star has been my #1 for a minute, like a sister book to Bolaño's By Night in Chile

  • Synopsis

This is pretty much everything i've got on me atm, still have a lot more in boxes somewhere. Read most of these at least once, some a few years ago, others a lot more recently. Don't stand by some of the s*** in a few of them anymore, but any type of reading can be important if you think critically while you do it. unfortunately i've fallen almost completely out of reading fiction lately.
