The cabin fight in chapter 5 is killing me on professional mode

Yeah I think I might be beat, maybe I just need to get good but it might be beyond my skill level. Didn’t have too much of a problem in hardcore but this is crazy
RE4 VR is insane, I've been holding off replaying the original all year just so I could experience this somewhat fresh. I just got past the lake fight, seeing everything in 3d makes it so much more intense. My only compliant is that it's super easy, I turned off the lasers on the weapons just to add a little more of a challenge, but I'm still just running circles around enemies.

Rihanna’s likeness and brand is worth A LOT of money I doubt she’d sell it to capcom for whatever they’re offering. Hope they don’t remake 5 and remake CV and then remake 1 again

You’re missing out on a lot of great games by not wanting to deal with tank controls. 5 is ass though, it’s like a weird combination of going to far into action to make it an enjoyable survival horror game, while at the same time not being action heavy enough to at least be shut off your brain fun like RE6. Also has some of the worst bosses in the series.

It’s pretty fun with a friend and if you care about the story of resident evil it’s very important and the conclusion to 1, 3 and code Veronica, otherwise it’s pretty wack. Not scary at all, terrible inventory system, forced to play with a partner and the partner AI can be horrific, it’s overall a bad resident evil game and bottom 2 imo right next to 6. It’s like resident evil 4 but takes itself way too seriously and removes all of the charm mixed with bad enemy types/bosses and stage design. If you enjoy resident evil it’s worth a playthrough especially due to the fact you can get it for dirt cheap but it’s long and can be a chore to get through without a partner to play with

awe man i don't really have anyone to play with like that so that sucks. I wonder if they'll heavily rely on co-op again if they remake it

Silent hill is definitely worth the playthrough imo, it can feel super dated at times but it's still a masterclass in survival horror. One of the best games ever made.

Re4 OG is just perfection in my eyes but as a remake this is pretty flawless

It’s really good and an improvement in so many ways, separate ways dlc is so much better than the og and really fills in everything the main campaign was missing and then some. Og just has so much charm and atmosphere that can’t be replicated, both have unlimited replay value imo
