the territory is not Palestinian. What divides the west bank from the rest of Israel is an arbitrary ceasefire line from 1948, which has nothing to do with whether the territory is Palestinian or Israeli, and has not been in effect since 1967.

israelis are voluntarily moving there is no government mandate so they arnt breaking geneva convention in doing so.
