Most people on here will call a song they don't like filler. I doubt sequencing matters to them

reminds me of Airplane Mode by Ty$, the way he produced it the songs are meant to be shuffled and they work with each other so well its crazy

Imagine skipping back and forth through scenes of a movie.

    Shuffling chapters in a book.

Shuffling the episodes in a season.

If you want to shuffle an album just make a damn playlist.

I think it rly depends on the album. Some albums don't try to tell a story at all. If someones listening to igor on shuffle theyre probably a f***ing idiot but I wouldn't say the same about so much fun

True. But there’s been so many times where I go from a playlist to a new album where I forget to turn shuffle off and am always like “The hell is going on with the sequencing of this?”

You don’t get to speak on music if you shuffle albums

I thought mods were cutting down on twitter threads. And I don’t usually think the twitter threads are bad if they’re something interesting but who gives a s*** about this?

I feel like most artists that don’t make albums to be played through are artists I’d rather just put their best songs on a playlist.

Like if the albums as good on shuffle as sequential than it’s probably because it has filler you need to chop off anyway.

Why does twitter push such stupid notions like "normalizing" subjective things. If you want to shuffle an album, do so, but why publish that is should be normalised?

Why not push to normalise reading

  • May 12, 2020

You can shuffle plenty of mixtapes and lose nothing of value (can even come up with a more enjoyable order for the album). Hell even albums that are supposed to be in order sometimes are better shuffled (I prefer listening to EA shuffled way more than in order).

The order of ea is so unbeliably bad
