i just spent what felt like an hour being kidnapped and not being able to move while sleeping but also while being awake at the same time

bro like i legit thought someone broke into my house and tried to take me my heart was beating so fast when i broke the paralysis

Also last week my arms were sore as hell cause I was tryna regain control of them

Sometimes I get stuck in like the going to sleep phase

Like my body fell asleep

But my mind and eyes are still awake so it feels like if I close my eyes I’ll die

I’m confused. We’re you hallucinating? Why did you think someone was in your house?

last time i had it was when i was 15 or so

i had been trying to lucid dream/astral project but ended in sleep paralysis

saw a floating demon head staring at me but honestly didn't even get scared, just stared right back at the c***

when u get it in an uncomfortable position<<<

i was into lucid dreaming in hs and ever since than i get crazy sleep paralysis like this

first time in a months i didnt get high today and it comes back

had this s*** 2 days ago n some heaven sounds started playing with an angel voice talking to me i thought im gonna die fr

never had no demon in the corner or whatever other people be having tho

but fr, as soon as you notice you cant move, try wiggling your toes/fingers, even though you "cant move" you can do the slight movements and it'll tell your brain that youre awake and to unlock ur body

ive also found that i fall back asleep in the same position i woke up in ill get sleep paralysis again

once u lie on your back w your hands on your chest u know its over

never had this s*** happen to me tbh

just letting u know, that sleep paralysis is a good thing.. flying lotus tried it as a teenager, and talked to the black magic woman on a a ayahuasca trip, who said it were her who visisted.. i also tried it 10 years ago.. but i dont know what mother earth is trying to tell ya..
