Housing prices
It’s ridiculous
I agree that housing prices are insane right now but it’s a more complex issue, medical debt is probably one of the most unjust financial phenomena which has no place in a country as rich as the US. It’s also something way more easily solvable especially given how our healthcare system actually works - the money essentially already exists to pay it, it’s just lopsided and not with the right party in terms of the layout of the finance side of the medical industry. I get it’s not a “pressing issue” but it’s one of those things which needs to be solved in the same way the wider inflation of college costs and loan sharking situation should be solved. I’m not saying housing should wait or anything, but housing prices are usually resultant of multiple policies and more heavily requires significant regulations and market control which I just don’t think our current government is capable of doing across federal & state levels.
That's insane. Community College was like $45/unit for me in ~2010
It still is in California. They must come from red/purple states that don’t fund community colleges/education
if he deschedules weed next I'm hitting the campaign trail for him idc
Still can’t believe trump was gonna legalize weed federally but some generic establishment GOP staffers talked him out of it one of the worst policy fumbles ever

"No no... the prisons. Think about the prisons Mr president"
Interesting how this has the potential to end up being at least the best term a President has had in helping the working class since LBJ
On the flip side it has the potential to get massively derailed in the final 2 years if the Dems don’t keep control of both the House and Senate in the midterms.
But on the other hand, if they hold the House and expand their Senate majority so that Sinema and Manchin aren’t the weakest links anymore…shit could get crazy unlikely that happens tho
they're finally calling out the malarky

I'm glad it's working but the Dark Brandon meme is so annoying, i hate how to get people involved in anything nowadays you have to meme it.

Honestly don't hate it. It's just another form of marketing. It's the same way art and political campaign posters were for all of political history. Now memes are just another form of art media to get people riled up and vote
Need this here as well
