Most of the views criticism comes from the hype. 2016 drake was otherworldly. Only time I've ever seen someone so hyped before was 08 wayne or 05 50 when I was 9. You felt it. drake was inescapable. Anything beneath a 9/10 project will be considered trash. Views aged well but in hindsight is one of the most disappointing albums ever. Not a drake hater by any means but it's facts.

I’ve got a few skips - with you, too good (though if it’s on the radio or at a party I’ll bop to it, just overplayed for me), don’t think pop style aged that well- second verse doesn’t blend in well and it irks me. Wouldn’t call any of them trash though. I enjoy each of them in certain settings - pop style was on repeat when it first dropped. Grammys is hard but doesn’t feel like an album cut and prob could’ve been left off

Again it’s not bad to me but I was expecting way better seeing as it’s the outro and that beat was absolute insanity. So many lame lines from “it’s like the front of the plane n—a it’s all business but I haven’t flown with y’all boys in a minute” to “and like it’s going in the trunk I put it all behind us” to “I’m a staple in the game but my paper’s together” to “it’s far fetched like I threw that s*** a hunnid metres, I keep it a hunnid like I’m running a fever”. Only really great lines that stick out to me is the pure soul line you posted and “they rather run up on me than towards they goals”

Bars in general really aren’t hard at all and plenty of lazy ones in there

It's so funny to me when people hate on this album, it aged better than all those critics expected. So many classic moments.

Redemption - Might be the most boring Drake rnb song ever

Faithful - Pimp C’s verse is so out of place. The hook is okay, but Drake’s flow on his verses isn’t smooth enough for me. He could’ve floated on this song better

Too Good - This one sticks out because it’s an underwhelming follow-up to Work
