I am always going to prioritize myself and my family before others.
I have a standard of living that I want to keep. I'm sure many, many others do as well since only 10% of the country is below the poverty line.
I'm just asking questions to know how I will be affected by socialism because I think it's fair to know what people who are living comfortable lives (most people) will be giving up.

The cleaner would enjoy his job more because he would feel more empowered. He and his fellow cleaners would be able to ensure they have humane treatment, don’t get overworked, have proper equipment and aren’t taken advantage of.
The cleaner would probably be happier knowing that his contribution to keeping our community clean is valued and he doesn’t have to worry about how he can feed his family
Obviously, nothing will ever make work completely fun but knowing that you’re able to have a decent place to sleep and food along with other needs provided would be a massive stress relief.

Agreed. Mostly with the 3rd paragraph. The notion of not being overworked is a lovely dream cant lie. I dono about the last question depends on the type of person he is. Some doctors are a******s.

You don’t NEED to own a big nice house when other people can barely afford rent for their apartments or are homeless
