Its not like working at a plant where you are guaranteed a job and production honestly could move slower just a risk of losing money, no like this is thousands maybe millions of ppl fighting for one spot. Someone will outwork you if you dont outwork themmy question is (as someone within said industry) when do we reach that point in these talks when we ask ourselves if the inception of said industry where these practices happen...weren't healthy or sustainable to begin with?

Honestly your right but i feel like its impossible, definitely now to do that. Making music at a indie level sure its possible, but no matter what its gonna be millions trying to get in that mainstream spot where a label will request hard work. And since most artist dont have a problem with that, then itll probably never change
