How hard is it to understand. You provided no proof or sources that billboard is counting content ID streams. The most recent change in Billboard was in 2020 when they were going to start counting views from the official release towards the charts but it doesn't include content id streams.

If what you were saying was actually the case labels would have been on this already and streaming numbers would have been insane, crazier than the bundle method.
