Thank you bro. Yesterday I went on a date (with a new girl) and I started to get an anxiety attack; I was shaking uncontrollably and my palms were sweaty. I realised, at that point, that I needed new medication; I have now switched from Citalopram to Fluoxetine.
My art and ambitions and my happiness are all I have - and I will focus on them and put every ounce of effort into making them a reality

It takes less energy to be happy and empathetic but that doesn’t mean bean sad and cold isn’t necessary for growth sometimes.
