I think this show is when I started to really pay close attention to title sequences and learn to appreciate them more.
The visuals and the storytelling behind them, trying to piece the lil snippets together as the season goes on. The messaging of the lyrics from different perspectives is a brilliant touch fr!
season 5 goes hard! I like that its your first
yoo

Do you all feel that Bunny is natural police?
Absolutely this post funny as hell

I’m sure my devil’s advocate argument there would’ve had something to do with Hamsterdam, but then there are smaller moments like the hotel job and this scene that seem to kind of cement him being natural police:
But I dunno, I feel like there are still interesting arguments to make from both sides based on what happens in season 3. Like Stringer, Bunny attempts to reinvent the wheel when it comes to crime and fails, and arguably leaves things worse than he found them.
But it also feels a little harsh to take away Bunny’s stripes just for trying new things and thinking outside the box, and the whole Hamsterdam fiasco did lead to Carver becoming better at his job and Cutty starting his gym. It’s also not like the other two prime examples of natural police on the show (Lester and McNulty) don’t take huge chances that don’t always work out.

Colvin gets too much flack for Hamsterdam
At least he was trying something different
Is it me or does season 2 take a while before it gets going ?
I’m on episode 5 now and it still feels like we’re in the introduction
