I think you kind of missed that a lot of the hesitation or "how can they do this" to trans surgeries or even hormone blockers young is the idea that they are young and undeveloped mind. Also the "they have depression and suicide" so mental health therapy at young ages provided with insurance or some how will help them all in some way.

Not everyone that wants to be trans can even afford the procedure which is why so much leads to gofundme. Then the debate raises too of should it be covered by insurance or what have you.

Many view finishing puberty as transphobic because I think its more difficult to transition after or more taxing on the mind. Others on the other side are of the belief we all mentally go through uncertainty during puberty so think everyone should experience it before transitioning

its an odd battle at the teen years

I don't know exactly and I mean it is still attacking trans people just when I read the title I thought this more applied to all ages. Obviously the more I read the more I realize its important for them to transition young but legally how young is a worthwhile question. How to best monetarily provide them that care and if its covered in insurance also worthwhile question.

I mean both for us and people that say "protecting our children". I mean in the sense of is there a current legal minimum or maximum for transitioning . Because Trump is asserting along the lines of "protect our children". To defeat him essentially have to lay out all the information like that so he is proven wrong.

Not even blink of an eye. I am saying all it takes is one case of young transitioning for people like this to fear monger. Even if they don't know the child or conditions of them transitioning. They feel young kids are impressionable and are pushed into it. So its about just gathering all that information that proves them wrong. A lot of them are just again hyper religious conservative types that pretend to care about children

Like essentially there is only so ready we can be for another Trump presidential run besides vote. With how electoral college etc works. Executive actions in general should have limits other wise our country could turn back in time at any time. Especially combined with supreme court and which way it leans.
