So basically 3-4 days ago we smelt a dead animal and woke up randomly at 4am because of it. It eventually went away and we forgot about it for now. Then 2 days ago she’s been watching us HEAVY every time we leave and enter the house. Hiding behind curtains in the pitch black and when we look up at her she just closes it and walks away. In the house whenever we go in a room she goes in the room directly above us, just listening to us talk and being weird as f*** and making us uncomfortable.

Side not but I got hit by a car on my bike yesterday lmao and it was a long day. We got back to the house and for some reason my girl wanted to go in the garage. There were maggots and flies everywhere. There was a dead rat or some rodent that was bloodied, skinned, and thrown underneath my gf’s mattress that we were storing in the garage until she left for school.

My girl lost her s*** and ran up the back steps and started pounding on her door, I pushed her out the way cause I don’t want her f***ing her up and ruining her own life because she’s a black woman and we know how this white woman would play victim. Fast forward the police are called and we just file a complaint to have it on file. Landlord comes to talk to us about everything and eventually we find out she’s been living here for 14/15 years and she does this to EVERY tenet that lives below her. The girl that lived here before us left because she felt uncomfortable and she was a black woman. A gay couple before her left for the same, etc, etc. She’s just been terrorizing people and been getting away with it this whole time.

My girl did go off on her when she answered the door which was pretty satisfying and she let some “ugly fat b****” and “your husband doesn’t love you”‘s ring out which had me dead

Good, do that. Record all evidence of her following you into rooms and stomping and everything else. She’s old, white, and a woman, a defendants worst nightmare in court so you will need every shred of it.

Honestly, how do you realistically expect this to end? If she stops stomping she’s probably going to find some other way to terrorize you and I’m not sure the police will even take you seriously because again, she’s an old white woman, and the landlord is clearly never going to remove her. You moved in under an Olympic menace and I’m not sure what the best outcome is for you here.

She has to be a family friend or paying an exorbitant amount of rent or something. Nothing else makes sense.

Then again he’s just letting people move in without disclosing anything about her so he probably doesn’t care. People will need a place and he will let them occupy it as long as he’s getting paid

sounds like they dont care. i'd try to circle back out but imagine being the tenets that get her out the paint and then she just ruins your life.

I don’t think anyone has really confronted her about it so maybe that will change things but if not she’s just gonna have the wrong tenet under her eventually and it’ll catch up

I’m not going to pursue legal action because I’m only here until October/November and it’s not worth the energy. Hopefully she just chills out after the police report and if not then I’ll deal with it when the time comes

I kind of blacked out when it happened but I think I landed on my feet bc I just remember standing in front of the Amazon truck and seen my bike in the lane next to me with a car swerving out of the way to not hit it. Driver said it was his bad he didn’t see me and I just said it was cool and hopped on my bike and tried to ride it off

That part f***ed me up mentally for a second because if that car was 50ft ahead I would’ve got hit twice by that car and that would’ve prob killed me or done serious damages

I’m alright tho, already took my arm out of the sling they told me to wear for a few weeks as it’s just bruised up pretty bad

Talked to the landlord and they were trying to kick us out of the house. I had to beg until they said I have 30 days to move out of the house. They’re charging an extra 75 per week for my girl to stay with me, we aren’t allowed to use the garage, and they’re just being a******s now. Been moving non stop and was gonna chill here until October/November when the lease was up but they’re making us move out early
