Lobbying in general is just glorified bribery. It's the sole proponent of what influences representatives and why 99% of them have no backbone. Meta is obviously writing a large check for these politicians against TikTok. (Not saying that TikTok doesn't need to be banned), but in theory they're just skipping over the fact that all social media needs to have regulations put in place. It's a thinly veiled attempt to look like this is for the "greater good of society" but it's really just domestic big tech vs. foreign big tech.

And then during black history month there was hella great content posted putting people on to things or just sharing general knowledge. Y’all be so focused on the small stupid stuff that might be on there and don’t realize there’s more good on there than bad.
