i feel the same way about Unforgettable tbh
but nah that’s nuts you haven’t heard it out in the wild. s*** was everywhere
First ever double diamond track bro, s***s at 20x platinum. Probably even at 21 now
it's this exact thing that doesn't make sense to me. but I digress.
I still don't think because it's popular amongst kids that this will justify it being double diamond. There was no tiktok dance, it wasn't getting played in clubs, not surrounded by any controversy.
I get that it's a great song but there has to be another explanation as to why it's the first ever double diamond in history.
Any song this big would be a cultural phenomenon, I didn't see that with this song personally.
My ratio was successful
Stay mad
lmao I'm not mad at all. I wasn't even being serious in my response, I was clearly just joking. "if you were my internet friend..." congrats on your 2 upvotes king.

I heard unforgettable first time at a party in April 2017. Later that night as I was f***ed up and trying to sleep I kept hearing it in my head, so infectious. Had wild dreams hearing it.
Looked it up next day and became my most listened to song of the year.
Definitely was everywhere in 2017
Sunflowers wasn’t outside?
Just say you have no social life g
I get this is a meme but so stupid.
first of all I do have a social life. I was in college when it came out, and I played it often. I showed it to my gf when it was released.
second of all it's 2024...you don't have to step a single foot outside to know if a song, or movie, or TV show, or what tf ever is popular. Our entire society collectively lives on a 5 inch screen in our pockets.
obviously I'm not making the argument that you don't need to experience culture outside of social media, I am saying someone living on social media will be 100x more locked in on what's happening in society than someone "outside"
Go ask any of your friends with kids how many times they’ve been forced to play that song since it came out
