yeah when I started i literally didn’t know what a Latte was. It was a pretty rough learning curve for the first couple of months. Definitely more to learn than any other food service job… I’ve been there almost 3 years now and overall I enjoy it.

I’d recommend if possible trying to work at a store that doesn’t have a drive through. Get paid the same to do less work typically
