I remember in one of my undergrad law classes, a bunch of kids who wanted to go law school and become lawyers, during the kavanuagh hearings, deadass talking about "he couldn't have done it, she's way too ugly for a guy like him to rape"
they are just as racist, misogynists, sexist etc as the rest of the population, just, as you said, better able to hide it and play nice.

ASAKIthis is such a dumb generalization that doesn't even take into account unionized workers. you're taking an anecdote of some laborers you know and applying it to the whole industry.
the majority of manual laborers actually probably vote Democrat, especially in inner cities.

the majority of manual laborers didn't wake up one day and decide to do backbreaking work with awful hours for what they're doing for the fun of it. they don't have the privilege or luxury to have a political science education, or lecture themselves on the labor theory of value, or whatever.
when a candidate like Trump or Bernie Sanders comes in and promises them the things they need to put food on the table for their families or even have a passing thought about their children's futures, they'll believe them even if it's to their detriment ultimately.
folk point fingers at the working class who's doing their best to survive when you should be pointing them at the elite that brainwashes them to believing such dumb s***.
I'm not going to get into the Hispanics voting for Trump s***, there's a ton of factors in that and it's 10:00am.
Could you go into why Hispanics voted for Trump? Or could you give me sources as to why they voted for him?
