Idk if you guys been to any sneaker shops or anything but adidas is quite literally stealing his designs lmaooo. I seen 700 ripoffs 500 ripoffs 350 ripoffs all jus sitting. If I didn’t double check I would’ve fr thought they were Yeezys lmaooo.

Imagine Kanye wants 100k of a pair of shoe made but Adidas says na only 80k then they go make another 30k of some random ripoffs. Makes no sense.

y’all jus want kanye to take all this bullshit, but since Yeezus he been fighting against the industry lmao filled wit discrimination and racism.

He reviving dead brands making them billions and they don’t give him any sort of respect that s*** is evil as hell lmaoo

adidas can't rip off their own shoe, it's their shoes

Apparently Kanye owns the IP of the sneakers. That’s why adidas took them down

  • Sep 10, 2022

literally lol. it's all for attention and because hes a control freak

nothing he's talked about or claimed adidas has done sounds remotely surprising from a business, especially in something that's essentially a collab

i've only heard he owns "yeezy" but if that's true i'd admit i'm wrong

usually the business would have all claim to the products, and if it's patents he owns like the slide then he def has no claim.

What’s stopping Kanye from just making his own brand from scratch? Ain’t that the whole reason he said he bought those factories in Wyoming?

If Drake could get OVO poppin and Tyler could get Golf poppin you’re telling me Kanye can’t make his own brand?

Stealing designs of your flagship shoes and making knockoffs for cheaper is literally what sneaker companies do.

You can’t do business with shoe companies and then get mad when they do shoe company things

    HOW SWAY?

YOU AIN’T BE DOING THE EDUCATION!

I mean if adidas took down the products clearly there’s something there

If you scratch the surface and go a little bit deeper, i.e. ‘Ok, I’m a fan of this guy’s music but…’, you’ll see that Kanye has been insufferable with his sense of entitlement for years.

Even back in 2015 or something like that there were reports on how nobody outside the fashion nucleus had been given such access to the industry as Kanye had, yet he was not happy nor satisfied; he wanted it all at once because despite of his lack of training or design skills he felt like he deserved it for some reason.

Kanye often has good ideas which he can’t turn into anything tangible. If ‘A’ is the idea; ‘B’ is transforming that idea to something concrete; and ‘C’ is the finished product, then Kanye wants to go from A to C directly, and when he can’t he’ll take shortcuts or simply burn to project to the ground. Look at that travesty he called an ‘Opera’ for example.

I get that Kanye wants to leave a Steve Jobs legacy behind, but he won’t. At best he will be a mere footnote in history; having contributed almost nothing of value, because in reality he is more of a charlatan than a genius; a billionaire, capitalist crybaby.

I f***ing hate those suits in their boardrooms over at these corporations, but even I feel bad for them for having to deal with someone like Kanye in any business sense, must be a true nightmare.

Almost 50 years old and acting like this, sad.

The listening parties are a great example.

The idea of debuting a new album in stadium is genius. But Kanye didn't plan anything. He probably had the idea 3 days before LP1.

And he really played DEMOS while just walking in the stadium. And the album came out over a month later after two more subpar listening parties. At the point, we were all tired

If it was made by any other artist, the event would be a complete memorable performance with the full finished album dropping the same day

    Spot on.

    It’s just so… sloppy.

There is something noble about picking an idea or a concept and sticking to it.

Instead he is desperately trying to build a new Rome every day; which is why the end product always will be so cheap.

It’s also fitting that Kanye is so deep into religion because his fall from grace is nothing short of biblical. What the f*** happened?

I don't know the listening parties kinda show the opposite for that imo.

The idea is the album, the listening parties are the transformation and the released album is the product.

He used the listening parties to peep feedback on the album he was creating
