This is like practicing Health & Safety advisory in a nuclear environment without formal qualifications like a basic IOSH. Performing critical engineering without AP status. You wouldn’t be allowed to. Governments still regulate private entities
thats why we would need to have less regulations to practice surgery. you shouldn't have go through so many hoops. all of the regulations drive the prices up.

Im not too well versed in scoliosis but i dont see any reason why a experienced freelance surgery with experience performing the operation couldnt do the same thing as a government mandated surgeon
